Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Skill Building
The Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Skills Building Course is a 6-week online program that can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization. Based on the original Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course, this program is designed to help individuals develop mindfulness and self-compassion skills to enhance their well-being and resilience.
Through interactive online sessions, participants will learn a range of techniques and practices to cultivate self-compassion, including mindfulness, self-kindness, and common humanity.
No previous experience with meditation or mindfulness is required! Any adult with stable internet access can join, committing to attend every session and practicing mindfulness and self-compassion for 20-30 minutes daily during the program. Program activities include meditation, talks, exercises, group discussions, and home practices.
This course has been offered by Lihi to various groups, including healthcare providers such as nurses and mental health care providers, security personnel, and humanitarian aid workers; including providing the program routinely to the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) for over 2 years.

Clients' Feedback
It’s been exactly a year since our last session and today I celebrate a whole year that is insomnia free!
I’d like to thank you once again for helping me learn how to manage my sleep instead of letting the lack of sleep manage my life!
Thank you so much!”

I am writing to you to let you know I am doing well, and to thank you for your support!
The past weeks since my regular sessions ended, turned out to be hectic and stressful in terms of work, but I was able to manage how I was feeling by practicing mindfulness using the simple tools you taught. This meant I didn't have any major outburst because I am able recognize when I am triggered before I felt out of control...."
I am sorry for not connecting with you for such a long time. I am doing well, but do not really want to set the end of therapy sessions together. Perhaps we should talk about that when we meet again... I can hear you saying; "Worth the exploration"

I moved back home, and opened my last box today. I found a note filled with loving words I wrote to myself during the MSC course. I kept it as you suggested, and it is indeed a sweet reminder of the struggle and curiosity I had when I started practicing self compassion.I wanted to thank you again Lihi. You guys saved my life, and it is almost like you live in me and saving my life again and again. I know it is now me, and my new internal voice, but I can still hear you whispering in my ear "stay alive with me here and we'll find a way to go through this"
Thank you thank you thank you!
