8-Week
The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program is an 8-week mindfulness training course designed to help individuals develop self-compassion and resiliency. Through a variety of skills, exercises, and meditations, the program helps individuals discover their inner strengths and respond to life’s stresses with kindness and connection.
Self-compassion is built upon three components: self-kindness, mindfulness, and common humanity, allowing individuals to treat themselves with kindness and understanding in moments of suffering. While the program is not a form of therapy, research shows it can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while increasing motivation and psychological well-being.
Successful completion of the 8-week MSC course fulfills the requirements for Mindful Self-Compassion Teachers training and the Self-Compassion in Psychotherapy Certificate program (SCiP), making it a valuable investment in personal and professional growth.
